Server Maintenance & Support for $400 Ex GST Per Month / Per Server

A business server is the lifeblood of any business and without it working effectively your staff become unproductive  and your business profitability suffers.Scream IT 'Server Maintenance & Support Plan' is designed to give your business stability through  regular maintenance and ongoing unlimited remote support during business hours for any server related software issues as well as the common add removes and changes to users accounts & files / folder security. By choosing the Scream IT Server Maintenance & Support plan your company benefits from a predictable monthly cost for your essential business servers and at a fraction of the cost of employing full time I.T Staff. Below are the inclusions that you get for a flat monthly fee of $400 Ex GST.

Unlimited Server Support : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (AEST) Monday - Friday (Remote Dial-in Support Only) *1
Regular Monthly Maintenance  - Microsoft Windows updates & 3rd party patching of applications
Ensuring overall stability of your server system - Proactive Server hardware monitoring for predictive failures
Resolve issues with Microsoft Server Applications such as Exchange Email, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Sharepoint
Resolve issues with server business line of applications *2
Resolve any other server software issues if Scream IT is able to do so
Add remove and changes : Windows Users Administration, Folder and File Security Access, Printer Management
Free on boarding of Scream IT software probes used to monitor and update computers remotely

Does not include Onsite IT Support *1
Does not include after hours or Public Holidays IT Support *3
No user training (How Toos, Applications Usage, Setup & Configuration) 






 *1 - Onsite IT Support is not included but can be arranged at $150 Ex GST per hour with a 1 hour minimum charge and 15 minute charging increments after the first hour.  *2 - Business line of applications should ideally have a support agreement in place with the software applications vendor, Scream IT does not guarantee being able to resolve business line of application issues under this ‘Server Maintenance & Support Plan’ if there is no business line of application support agreement in place but we will endeavor to find a resolution. If there is no support agreement in place for the business line of applications and the only way to resolve the issue with the business application is via paid software vendor support then the client is responsible for any costs incurred for said support and that the client has to arrange payment to the software vendor before Scream IT can assist in resolving the application issues under this ‘Server Maintenance & Support Plan. *3 - Onsite and Remote IT Support for all for After hours & Observed Public Holidays in all states are not included under this plan, however prior arrangements can be made.

Please Note: An onsite 1 hour assessment of the server(s) is required before Scream IT accepts to support the server(s) under this 'Server Maintenance & Support Plan', a set fee of $150 Ex GST is the cost for this assessment.Upon successful acceptance of the server(s) a 12 month contract will be drawn up.
