Shipping & Returns

DOA : (Dead on Arrival) if a physical product arrives un damaged but does not  functioning or is electrically dead then please contact us first via our Contact Form we will then contact you to assess the situation and then give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. We then arrange for the product to be picked up and returned to our distributor at no cost to you.We also give you the option of a full refund or the product to be replaced. Please make sure the product is returned in the original packaging or a suitable alternative packing.

Damaged In Transit : If the product is physically damaged when you receive it then please contact us first via our Contact Form we will then request some photo graphs of the damage on the product and then give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. We will make suitable arrangements between you and our distributor to have the damaged product  picked up, there will be not cost to you for this.We also give you the option of a full refund or the product to be replaced.Please make sure the product is returned in the original packaging or a suitable alternative packing.

Wrong product Shipped :  If you receive the wrong product then please contact us first via our Contact Form, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and offer you a full refund or the correct product to be delivered to you.Please make sure the product is returned in the original packaging or a suitable alternative packing.

Shipping : We use many different shipping companies and methods on Scream IT and we take every effort to make sure the shipping price is either free or at the lowest possible cost, sometimes due to the types of and sizes of products as well as large orders it becomes necessary to spit the orders in to separate boxes and additional charges can't be avoided.Shipping times on Scream IT website are estimates only and we do not guarantee delivery time frames. Additional charges apply if shipping is outside our distributors shipping zone and customer will be notified on checkout out and we will provide a manual delivery quotation to the customer as has to be accepted and paid for before the order is placed. We only ship within Australia.

Refunds on Returns : We will refund the product(s) cost in the event of product(s) being returned and if the customers does not want a product resent, refunds will take up to 10 working days and the time it takes to show up on the customers account may vary due to different banking institutions processing times.
